I was prividleged to fly with Gentle Ben Sr many a times.  What a gentleman.  Flew with Ben Jr as well and he certainly is a chip off the old block.  Ed

The passengers on his 747 cargo door incident, resulting in a double engine failure, could not  have not been in better hands.  This happened a short time before his retirement.   Dave was proof that pilots are not washed up at 60.  Ed

John and I were two of 5 YNG Station agents who successfully transfered to Flight.

In those days YNG was #29 in the UAL system.  Today not even express carriers serve that city.   Ed
